The SketchUp team plan lets one account purchase and manage seats for the whole team. Each member gets full Pro access without buying individually.
Step 1: Set Up Your SketchUp Team Plan — Go to My Account → Team Tab
After purchase, open My Account and click the Team tab in the sidebar.

Step 2: Add Members
Click Add Member, enter the member’s email address, then save.


Step 3: Member Accepts the Invite
The member receives an email invitation and must click Accept to join the team. Pro access activates automatically after accepting.
Team Manager Permissions
- Add or remove members at any time
- Buy additional seats (Team Settings → Add Seats)
- Rename the team
- Manage billing and renewal
Removing a member from your SketchUp team plan immediately revokes their Pro access. You can replace them with a new email on the same seat.
