These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of 3dshouse.com (the “Site”) and any plugins, web apps, or downloads we provide (the “Tools”). By creating an account, downloading a Tool, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

Some features require a free 3dshouse account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your country.

2. Free and Pro tiers

Each Tool offers a free tier for personal and commercial use, with capped features. A Pro purchase unlocks the Pro features of our Tools under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial work. The license does not transfer ownership of the Tools, their code, or their design.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time. Payments are processed by our providers — Casso (bank transfer), Stripe, and PayPal. We never receive or store your card details. Where a product is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Free trial, no refunds

Every Tool has a free tier so you can fully evaluate it before buying Pro. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all Pro sales are final and non-refundable. If you run into a technical problem, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Tools, nor use them to break any law or infringe third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Site, the Tools, or other users.

6. Intellectual property

You own all models, images, drawings, and files you create or process with the Tools. We retain all rights to the Tools, the Site, and their content.

7. No warranty

The Site and Tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee output quality, file compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify results with your own testing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3dshouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the Site or Tools.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
