This page covers the 3dshouse tools — Decimify, Tracepen, BevelUp, Metasheet, and others — whether used as a web app or as a host plugin (SketchUp, Revit, Blender).
Privacy
The tools are built privacy-first. On the free tier, all processing runs locally — in your browser (web apps) or inside your host application (plugins). Your models, images, and geometry are not sent to any server.
For the free tier we do not collect:
- Personal information beyond what you choose to provide.
- 3D models, images, or geometry you process.
- Usage analytics tied to your identity.
Accounts (Pro). To unlock Pro features you sign in with a 3dshouse account. We store your email and the products you own, solely to verify your Pro entitlement. Your password is handled by 3dshouse.com and never seen by the tool. Some Pro processing may run on our server and is discarded after the response — not stored.
Purchases. Handled by 3dshouse checkout via our payment providers (Casso bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal). We never receive or store your card details — see each provider’s own privacy policy.
Hosting. Standard server access logs may be retained by the hosting provider.
Terms of Use
Free tier. Free for personal and commercial projects, with capped features.
Pro license. A one-time purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to that tool’s Pro features (per surface — SketchUp, web, Blender, …) for personal and commercial work. No expiry, no seat limit unless stated.
No refunds. All sales are final. If you hit a problem, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
No warranty. The tools are provided as-is. We make no guarantee regarding output quality, file compatibility, or fitness for a specific purpose. Always verify results with your own testing.
Intellectual property. You own all models, images, and files you process. We retain ownership of the tools, their code, and their design.
